TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The offer is open to those aged 13 years and over, excluding employees, agents (or families of such employees or agents) of iloho or anyone else connected with the administration of the offer.
2. The offer is only open to new iloho newsletter subscribers. If you are already subscribed, or have been subscribed in the past, to the iloho newsletter your entry will be void.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one iloho t-shirt or travel pillow and only one iloho iPod speaker per person is permitted.
5. Entry to this draw is free. Only one entry per person.  Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form.
6. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, whether due to technical problems or otherwise. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries are the property iloho.
7. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
8. New iloho newsletter subscribers will receive either a) an iloho t-shirt or b) an iloho travel pillow.
9. New iloho newsletter subscribers who invite 5 (five) friends to subscribe to the newsletter are eligible to receive an iloho iPod speaker if their 5 (five) also successfully register.
10. Proof of age will be required before the Prize can be given. The Prize includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the Prize. Entrants should be aware that the Prize may be subject to terms and conditions of third parties for which iloho is not responsible or liable and by subscribing for this offer all Entrants are therefore deemed to have accepted and be bound by those terms and conditions.
11. The offer will cease at iloho’s discretion.
12. To claim either the iloho t-shirt or the iloho travel pillow, new subscribers must forward their newsletter sign-up confirmation email to info@iloho.com. New subscribers who comply with these terms will then be contacted by email within 28 days.
13. Please allow 28 days for delivery. There are no substitute products or cash alternatives. The Winner and Runners-Up may be required to collect their prize in person from the offices or agents iloho.
14. iloho’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. iloho reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the offer at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
16. New newsletter subscribers who receive either an iloho t-shirt, travel pillow or iPod speaker agree to the publication of their respective name and county.
17. The details that you provide in connection with the offer will be held by iloho. Your name, address, location, email address and other relevant information you provide will only be used by iloho for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the offer unless you consent otherwise. Personal information provided will be aggregated in the form of statistics to identify trends and your name will remain anonymous.
18. As far as permitted by law iloho excludes all liability in connection with the goods awarded or not awarded in connection with the offer.
19. By entering this offer, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
20. Hong Kong law applies and the Hong Kong courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
21. Entrants must read and accept iloho’s terms and conditions and privacy statement to be eligible.
